SAO PAULO (Reuters) – Chinese telecoms gear maker Huawei Technologies Co is becoming a member of forces with China Mobile (0941.HK) to doubtlessly enter a dispute to purchase struggling Brazilian provider Oi SA (OIBR3.SA), in an try to enhance its footprint in Latin America’s largest market, O Globo information web site reported on Saturday.
