MELVINDALE, Mich. (AP) — Authorities say threats of attainable violence have compelled officers in suburban Detroit to shut schools for three days in a row.
A risk involving Melvindale-Northern Allen Park Public Schools was first reported Sunday evening, prompting faculty closures Monday in the district. That risk focused Strong Middle School and courses had been canceled Tuesday earlier than phrase of one other attainable risk led to Wednesday’s closure.
The Melvindale Police Department posted a screenshot Tuesday of a web based dialog that indicated “there’s going to be two shooters one in the high school and one in the middle school.”
